As a self-love enthusiast, affirmations help me to maintain a positive mindset and serve as reminders of my worth. I have created my own list of 5 positive affirmations which has helped to strengthen my resilience. Organising this into my daily morning routine is something that I have been working on, and I hope that they are able to help you kick start your day in the way that they have helped to make my mornings more productive.
- I am fuelled with gratitude and enthusiasm for another day on this earth.
Sometimes we take life for granted and I think it’s fair to say that we all have been guilty of this. We forget how short life actually is, as we often spend more time mourning the bad, instead of celebrating the good. Are you ready to live a happier life? No matter what, never forget to count your blessings.
- I am worthy of love, happiness and respect because my heart is pure and full of love.
Life is no fun if you waste time accepting and settling for less than you deserve. Brian Tracy states ‘Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and important, although difficult, is the high road to pride, self-esteem and personal satisfaction’. You are responsible for what you allow in your mind and space. Everybody is a work in progress but you are in control of shaping your future. Know your worth and remind yourself of this everyday.
- My intuition is telling me that something wonderful is about to happen.
This path that you are treading on is preparing you for your successful future. Your best days are yet to come because your story isn’t over yet so move through your present situation with a more positive outlook and energy.
- Today I am going to put my passion to work with confidence, knowing that I can do whatever is necessary to achieve greatness.
We all deal with rejections, failures, setbacks and uncertainty, but some of us continue to strive as we believe that as long as we stay focused and keep moving forward, everything will work itself out. I am proud to admit that I am one of these people. Believe that you have what it takes to achieve greatness, and greatness is what you will receive. Self-doubt kept me stagnant, but self belief has taken me to places I used to dream about visiting.
- I love the features on my face, the size of my body, and the shade of my skin.
Never allow anyone to determine how much of a beautiful woman you are by the features on your face, the shade of your skin or the size of your body. You don’t need anyone’s approval to feel good about the way you look. You determine how much of a beautiful woman you are. Make your heart the most beautiful feature you carry, because outer beauty is only skin deep.
